Through the quote request form: full name, company name, business email, telephone (optional), country, company website (optional) and the details of your request (products, quantities, delivery country, purchasing frequency, comments).

Through the contact form: name, company (optional), email and your message.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your messages.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request, prepare quotations and follow up on a possible business relationship with your company.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and service providers

Your data is processed by Transaksia d.o.o. To operate this website and receive form submissions, we use Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form processing) and Google (email service). These providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards they offer.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you can object to its processing. Send your request to transaksia8@gmail.com.
